I was happy with card but not happy that the envelope was folded so made presentation horrible. I was sent another which didn’t arrive until the afternoon and we exchange cards and gifts in the morning before work so wasn’t happy at all.
Sorry your experience wasn't satisfactory, it's definitely not in keeping with our products or service.
All our stock is kept in a secure environment and assessed on a regular basis, so it does come as a surprise that an envelope would be dispatched folded especially taking into consideration how they are stored. However, we have taken your feedback into consideration and will endeavour to ensure no future similar instances occur.
